SpaFinder Gift Card Policy
Effective Immediately at Shine Hairspa

We are proud to accept SpaFinder Gift Cards as a form of payment for select services at Shine Hairspa. To ensure a smooth redemption process and the best experience for all guests, please review the following policy:

• SpaFinder Gift Cards may be used toward eligible services only, such as hair services, spa treatments, and select packages.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase retail products, memberships, or other gift cards.
• Only one SpaFinder Gift Card may be used per visit.
• Gratuities cannot be covered using SpaFinder Gift Cards.

• You must present your SpaFinder Gift Card (physical or digital-single use only) before your appointment begins.
• Cards must be active and valid with a readable card number.
• Please inform us at the time of booking your appointment if you intend to use a SpaFinder Gift Card, so we can confirm service eligibility.

• No cash back will be given for unused balances.
• Cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.  For example, New Client Specials or Hair Spa Packages.
• We reserve the right to refuse redemption if the card is invalid, altered, or appears fraudulent.
• SpaFinder e-gift cards (multi-use) are not redeemable on our POS at Shine Hairspa.  Important Note:  If any SpaFinder e-gift card is non-redeemable at Shine Hairspa, the client is fully responsible for all services and balances due.
