Our policies, in plain words.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We respect your time, and ours. Shine Hairspa doesn’t double-book appointments, so without 48 hours’ notice we lose the chance to offer your time to guests on our waiting list.

• Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• A card on file is required to book. If you cancel within 48 hours, your card will be charged.
• Your cancellation fee is credited back when you reschedule the same service with the same stylist within 7 days. Otherwise, the fee is kept.
• Same-day or short-notice requests (under 48 hours) that your stylist approves follow the same cancellation fees.

Late arrivals

More than 15 minutes late? Your appointment may be canceled and charged a 50% fee.

• Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early, and give yourself extra time to find us on your first visit.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and charged 50% of the service.
• Running behind? Call or text us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to help.

Happy Client Guarantee

Shine Hairspa offers a 100% “Happy Client” Guarantee on all haircut and hair color services. It excludes nourishing masques, Hairspa treatments and Keratin smoothing treatments.

• If you’re not completely satisfied with your haircut or color, please tell us immediately, within 24 hours.
• Color results must be within the parameters you discussed with your stylist during your consultation.
• All color correction services are reviewed by management before any guarantee can be promised, and your signed color waiver is reviewed before re-booking.
• Otherwise, we’ll schedule a follow-up service with the same stylist within 3 business days, with no service charge.
• The guarantee applies only when you rebook with the stylist who did your original service.
• The salon ECO fee and the color bar fee will still be charged.
• Because of service time, stylist commissions and product costs, we don’t offer cash refunds of any kind.
• All retail sales are final.

SpaFinder Gift Cards

Shine Hairspa is proud to accept SpaFinder Gift Cards as payment for select services. Please review this policy before your visit.

Using your card

• SpaFinder Gift Cards may be used toward eligible services only, such as hair services, spa treatments and select packages.
• They can’t be used to purchase retail products, memberships or other gift cards.
• Only one SpaFinder Gift Card may be used per visit.
• Gratuities can’t be paid with a SpaFinder Gift Card.

How to redeem

• Present your SpaFinder Gift Card (physical, or digital single-use only) before your appointment begins.
• Cards must be active and valid, with a readable card number.
• Tell us when you book if you plan to use a SpaFinder Gift Card, so we can confirm the service is eligible.

Good to know

• No cash back is given for unused balances.
• Cards can’t be combined with other promotions or discounts, such as New Client Specials or Hair Spa Packages.
• We may refuse redemption if a card is invalid, altered or appears fraudulent.
• SpaFinder multi-use eGift cards can’t be redeemed on our point-of-sale system. If any SpaFinder eGift card can’t be redeemed at Shine Hairspa, the client is fully responsible for all services and balances due.

Booking & consultations

Book through Vagaro or by calling or texting (463) 300-5893. Appointment requests are subject to stylist approval. We may suggest a different time or stylist, always with your final approval, and color appointments may need a consultation first.

The complimentary 15-minute consultation covers haircuts, Hairspa treatments and styling; a $15 fee applies to no-shows without notice. The 30-minute transformation consultation ($30) is credited toward services booked within 30 days.

Good to know

• The nail bar is for natural nails only: no drills, and we don’t remove acrylic, hard-gel or dipped nails.
• Shine Hairspa gift cards come in any amount, online or as a physical card at the salon. SpaFinder Gift Cards follow the SpaFinder policy above.
• All retail sales are final.

Advertising & promotions

We sometimes advertise on Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram and Groupon. Advertised deals are for first-time guests only, with a maximum of one deal per client.

Please read the fine print before purchasing. Advertised deals can’t be re-purchased for yourself, and can’t be used during the weeks of national holidays. If a deal is re-purchased for yourself, you’ll be asked to request a refund.

You’re welcome to buy a deal as a gift for friends and family.
