That is why we’re happy to offer you a ‘happy-client’ guarantee on all of our haircut and hair color services. (This excludes all nourishing masque's, hairspa treatments and/or keratin smoothing treatments). If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please express so immediately within 24 hours. Please know any color service results must be within the parameters of what was discussed with your stylist, during your consultation. All color correction services will be reviewed by management before any guarantees can be promised. Your signed color waiver will be reviewed before re-booking. Otherwise, please give us an opportunity to schedule another service within 3 business days with 'no service charge'. Important note: The salon ECO fee and the salon color bar fee will still be charged by the salon.
