Sandra built Shine Hairspa around one idea: healthy hair first. Her own chair is known for natural color, seamless grey blending, modern bobs and long butterfly layers. As an educator, she mentors every stylist on the team to work the same way.

How do I book an appointment?
Book online through Vagaro any time, day or night, or call or text (463) 300-5893. You can choose a specific stylist when you book. Book on Vagaro
It’s my first visit. What should I know?
Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early. We’re at 745 US-31 North, Suite I, in the Greendale Centre at US 31 & Fry Road, one street south of the Greenwood Mall and next door to Lane Bryant. Some map apps still show an old location, so search our street address or use the Directions link on this site. Parking is free.
How much do services cost?
Prices depend on your hair’s length and thickness and the time your service takes, so the current menu lives in Vagaro. If you’d like advice first, book the complimentary 15-minute consultation.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when a stylist is free. Booking ahead is the best way to get the time and stylist you want.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes the day before are charged 30% of the service, same-day changes 50%, and no-shows 100%. A card on file is required to book. The fee is credited back if you reschedule the same service with the same stylist within 7 days; otherwise it’s kept. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your appointment is canceled and charged 50%.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes. Shine Hairspa is kid friendly, and children’s cuts are on the menu.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, debit cards, cash, and buy now, pay later.
What’s it like inside?
Bright, calm and spotless (our guests’ words), with good music and free Wi-Fi. Sodas, water, coffee and tea are complimentary, and non-alcoholic mocktails are $5.
